Why it matters
Recovery breaks down when the work is scattered
Most collection teams lose money in the gaps between spreadsheets, phones and memory. Here is what changes when everything lives in one place.
The usual way
Spreadsheets, phones and memory
- Debtor details spread across spreadsheets and notebooks
- Follow-ups remembered by whoever made the last call
- Promises to pay forgotten until the money doesn't arrive
- Payments counted before anyone checks them
- Monthly reports rebuilt by hand
- No way to tell who changed a balance, or when
With Ingata-IDCS
One workspace, one source of truth
- One record per debtor with contacts, documents and history
- Every call, SMS, email and visit logged with the next action
- Promises tracked by due date, with broken ones flagged
- Payments verified and confirmed before they count
- Six report types, exported to CSV, Excel or PDF
- A full audit trail of every change

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Ask us directly or email ingatatechnologies@gmail.com.
Who is Ingata-IDCS for?
Collection agencies, banks, microfinance lenders and legal recovery teams that manage many debtors and need one shared place for cases, promises to pay, payments and legal follow-up.
How much does it cost?
Each organisation pays for one workspace, on a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan depending on team size and portfolio. You can pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. See the pricing page for details.
Can we bring in our existing debt accounts?
Yes. Debt accounts can be imported in bulk from a CSV or Excel file, so you don't have to type in your portfolio one account at a time.
How is our data kept secure?
Every organisation works in its own separate workspace. Sign-in uses a one-time email code, each role only sees what its permissions allow, repeated failed logins lock the account, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
